This agreement establishes ties of friendship and cooperation between Indiana University and FLAME University. The original agreement was signed at ´ó·¢¿ìÈý²ÊƱ Bloomington on March 27, 2017 during the visit of FLAME University Vice Chancellor Devi Singh. The renewal of this agreement was signed in the spring of 2022 during Vice President Buxbaum's visit to FLAME University.
